Four weeks ago a few of my friends and I decided to set up a weight loss program. We all contributed $5 dollars to a pot. We get together on Mondays for a weigh in. If we gain weight we have to add 50 cents per pound to the pot. We also have to keep a log of what we eat and the exercise we did. If we don't keep a log then we have to add another 50 cents to the pot. This has been a good motivation to keep me going! I am proud to say that I have lost 10 pounds as of yesterday!! We are doing this for 12 weeks and I will most likely keep going after that. This is helping me get into some good habits! Thank you to all my frieds who are helping me with my goal of losing weight!!
